Meet Jessica Kearney

Jessica aims to foster a peaceful and safe environment that facilitates hope and growth. It takes strength to make that first step toward a journey of healing and Jessica is honored to walk alongside her clients as they travel that road. Her goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move into a space of thriving.

As a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist and a registered play therapist, she provides therapeutic services to children, adults, families, and couples. Practicing from a systemic (relational) perspective, Jessica seeks to help clients improve their relationship with self and others. She treats a number of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief/loss, challenging life transitions, and relationship conflict. Jessica has a special interest in working with children and their families, people that are facing a chronic illness or sudden diagnosis, as well as those in the law enforcement community.

Jessica enjoys using a therapy approach that is empathetic, collaborative, and strengths-based. Some of the different therapy models she utilizes include Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Gottman Method, Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment theory, and mindfulness/guided imagery to bring about meaningful change.
